    What’s included in the subscription?
    Your subscription gives you access to all current programs (like 7‑Day Faith & Focus Reset and 21‑Day Strength Revival), mobility and recovery tools, and any new faith‑based strength and habit programs I release while you’re a member.
    Do I need a gym or special equipment?
    No. Most programs can be done at home with a chair/box, a mat, bands, and optional dumbbells. If you have a gym, I include options to use benches, cables, and machines—but they’re not required.
    Is this only for Catholics?
    The coaching is faith‑driven and Catholic‑friendly, but anyone who respects that and wants to integrate faith, discipline, and fitness is welcome. You can use the spiritual content as much or as little as you like.
    I’m a beginner / coming back after a long break. Is this for
    Yes. Start with the 7‑Day Faith & Focus Reset or other beginner‑friendly flows. They’re short, joint‑friendly, and built to rebuild confidence before you move into longer or harder programs.
    How much does it cost and is there a trial?
    You can start with a 7‑day free trial. After that, it’s $19.99 every 4 weeks or $199 for the year for full access to all programs and new content. You can cancel anytime before your trial ends if it’s not for you.
