What are the goals of this program?

Over six weeks, you’ll: Build strength, endurance, and discipline through structured workouts. Learn how to fast strategically for fat loss and spiritual clarity. Strengthen your relationship with God by combining physical and spiritual habits. Rebuild confidence, energy, and focus so you can show up better for your family and your faith. It’s not just about looking better—it’s about becoming the person God designed you to be.
What do I need to participate?
You don’t need much to get started—just the basics: A pair of dumbbells (adjustable or medium weight). A mini band or resistance band. Mat or floor space for core and mobility work. Internet access to use the Playbook app and receive updates. An open heart and willingness to grow in both faith and discipline. Optional but recommended: A journal for reflection prompts. Access to the Bioactive Precision Peptides for recovery and fasting support.
What’s the schedule?
The program runs six weeks and includes: Five workouts per week (about 30–40 minutes each) One rest/recovery day focused on mobility or walking One reflection day for prayer, scripture, and journaling Optional Sunday reset routine and devotional video You’ll train using a mix of bodyweight, dumbbell, and band movements you can do at home or in the gym.
