I’m Coach Pete, founder of Pete Proformance. I help busy Catholic and faith‑forward men and women lose fat, build real‑world strength, and move pain‑free while treating their bodies like the temples they are.
For years I watched people bounce between extreme programs, crash diets, and random workouts that left them more beat up than built up. I wanted to create something different: coaching and programs that are joint‑friendly, faith‑aligned, and realistic for people with jobs, families, and real responsibilities.
My background is in strength and conditioning, pain‑free performance, and nutrition coaching. I’ve worked with former athletes, moms and dads, and everyday people who were tired of feeling stiff, weak, or guilty about starting and stopping over and over again. I know what it’s like to be busy, stressed, and still want to be strong and present for the people you love.
