Faith‑Based Strength & Habit Coach

I’m Coach Pete, founder of Pete Proformance. I help busy Catholic and faith‑forward men and women lose fat, build real‑world strength, and move pain‑free while treating their bodies like the temples they are. For years I watched people bounce between extreme programs, crash diets, and random workouts that left them more beat up than built up. I wanted to create something different: coaching and programs that are joint‑friendly, faith‑aligned, and realistic for people with jobs, families, and real responsibilities. My background is in strength and conditioning, pain‑free performance, and nutrition coaching. I’ve worked with former athletes, moms and dads, and everyday people who were tired of feeling stiff, weak, or guilty about starting and stopping over and over again. I know what it’s like to be busy, stressed, and still want to be strong and present for the people you love. Frequently asked questions

Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
A gym setup is helpful but not required. The program is written to make great use of basic gym equipment like an incline bench, cable machine, and lateral shoulder raise machine if you have them. If you’re training at home, you can still do the program with a pair of dumbbells, bands, and some floor space. I include resistance band variations and modifications so you can follow along effectively without a full gym.
Is this for beginners or more advanced lifters?
Both. The program is written so beginners can build a solid base with simple, safe movements, and intermediate/advanced lifters can use it as a focused reset to clean up form, get consistent again, and rebuild strength without beating themselves up. You can scale the weight and pace to your level.
I’ve got knee/back/shoulder issues. Is this safe for me?
This program is built with joint‑friendly progressions. We focus on controlled strength work and movements that protect your knees, back, and shoulders. There are also modifications and pain‑free routines you can use based on how your body feels. Always clear exercise changes with your doctor or PT if you’re under care.
How “faith‑based” is this program?
The program is faith‑driven, but not pushy. The actual workouts in the app are focused on strength and movement. Alongside that, you’ll get a companion PDF with optional Scripture, reflections, and prompts to help you connect the 21 days to your faith. If you want to integrate that piece, it’s there. If you just want a great strength reset, you can simply follow the training.
How do I access the program and what does it cost?
21‑Day Strength Revival lives inside the Pete Proformance App. You can start with a 7‑day free trial, which unlocks this program plus the rest of the app. After the trial, it’s $19.99 every 4 weeks or $199 for the year for ongoing access to all current and future programs.
