I have physical disability and coach Pete has me doing what I can baby steps, I started doing the warms ups only , one rep only and I feel this is serving me as a physical therapy which is great , I have weak muscles, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, I may not get fit like everyone else because of this but if I can improve my balance , strengthen bones , and improve muscle strength it’s a win for me. Movement is key when we are getting older and I like the accountability with coach Pete .

Hey, I’m Matt Peters, founder of Pete Proformance a personal trainer, faith-driven coach, and performance specialist with over a decade in the fitness industry. I’ve helped hundreds of men and women rebuild their health through intermittent fasting, functional strength training, and habit-based nutrition but my own transformation is what drives it all. What do I need to participate?
* You need a set of Resistance Bands with an Anchor tool and your body weight. * A positive attitude and dedication to the program
How will I get the best results?
* Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover * Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
Are there any modifications for the exercises?
* Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
