If you’re a Christian/Catholic man who’s carrying extra weight, feels slower or stiffer than you should, and is tired of starting over every Monday, this is for you. 42 Days to Leaner, Stronger Fatherhood is a 6‑week, faith‑driven program designed to help busy men: Drop 8–15 lbs Build real‑world strength (squats, hinges, carries, push‑ups) Move and feel better in their joints Tighten up nutrition and daily habits in a way that actually fits real life You’ll train 5 days a week with: 2 strength days 1–2 conditioning / interval days 1 mobility / recovery day 2 lighter “step” days Workouts are 30–40 minutes and can be done at home or in a gym with dumbbells, bands, a bench/box, and a mat. I’m Coach Pete, founder of Pete Proformance. I help busy Christian and faith‑forward men and women lose fat, get strong, and move pain‑free while treating their bodies like the temples they are. My coaching blends pain‑free strength training, simple nutrition (with optional fasting), and faith‑aligned habits so change actually fits real life – jobs, kids, stress and all. Frequently asked questions

Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
No. You’ll get the best experience with a pair of dumbbells, some bands, and a bench/box and mat. A barbell and machines are a bonus, not a requirement. Every barbell movement has a dumbbell/band alternative.
Is this only for Catholic dads?
No. The programming will help any man who wants to lose weight, get stronger, and move better. The content is written from a Christian/Catholic perspective and includes optional faith prompts, but you can skip those if you just want the training and nutrition.
How many days per week and how long are the workouts?
You’ll have 5 structured days per week (2 strength, 2 conditioning by the end, 1 mobility), plus 2 lighter step‑focused days. Workouts are 30–40 minutes. Mobility sessions are closer to 20 minutes.
What if I have knee, back, or shoulder issues?
As long as you’ve been cleared by your doctor to exercise, this program is intentionally joint‑friendly. We use progressions/regressions, controlled tempo, and mobility days to protect your knees, back, and shoulders. Every tough move has an easier version.
What results can I expect in 42 days?
