Loved it went heavier slapped on a 3rd circuit of the last circuit, felt good. Finisher last 15 sec were brutal haha but made it!

Set up of the format. Should be able to download on my laptop to see videos without all the extra sets. Love your videos, just don’t like the format. I follow you on YouTube and decided to purchase.
