Warm up with 10 min on treadmill (slow pace) then 2 rounds of:
20 walking lunges
20 Jumping jacks
20 High Knees
The circuit:
5 exercises
1 minute on each exercise
No break between exercises
4 rounds
1 minute break between rounds
All you need are two set of dumbbells (light and medium).
I am using dumbbells of 20lbs and 12lbs in this workout
