5 exercises to perform as circuit
TIMING: 45 sec per exercise
Move quickly from exercise to exercise. Try to avoid taking any breaks between the moves… This helps keep your heart rate up so you can burn more fat. If you do need to take a break between the moves, take 15-20 sec.
ROUNDS: Do 4 rounds of all 5 exercises
BREAK: Take 1 min rest after each round
EQ needed: A jump rope, 1 or 2 set of dumbbells, a resistance band and a mat
