Complete 8 rounds of treadmill sprints. Find a speed that works best for you to complete 8 rounds. Sprint for 20 seconds, then rest for 12 seconds Example: • Sprint for 20 seconds -> Rest for 20 seconds • Sprint for 20 seconds -> Rest for 20 seconds • Sprint for 20 seconds -> Rest for 20 seconds • Sprint for 20 seconds -> Rest for 20 seconds * Then repeat sequence until all 8 rounds are completed You can do this treadmill sprint interval circuit in different ways, depending on your fitness goals and overall workout plan: 1.Stand-Alone Workout: If you're short on time or just want a quick and effective cardio session, this circuit can be an excellent option 2.Cardio Add-On: You can incorporate this circuit after your regular workout as an additional cardio component. For example, if you've finished a strength training session, you can hop on the treadmill and perform the sprint intervals to boost your heart rate and burn extra calories. 3.Interval Training within a Workout: If you prefer a longer workout, you can include the treadmill sprint intervals as part of your overall cardio routine.
