Back at it with a Quad focused leg day- you got this! You may be like, “but Nikki, I don’t want to work my quads! Only my glutes” I hear you, but strengthening both sides of the body is important. You need your quads to help build your glutes- and vice versa. The body is connected. For best results: Do 10-12 minutes of an incline walk, bike ride, or run. ⚠️🔥
