The other comments scared me into thinking this one was super tough and I did NOT want to work out today. Glad I did- it was challenging but not one of the toughest in the program. I needed a medium level workout today and that’s just what I got! Finished in 31 minutes and am glad that I made myself do it 💪🏼

Feeling more confident in the flow transitioning through each exercise, using the timer. Do you ever put music in the background?.. so far I’ve just been doing no sound and reading descriptions using timer.
