Really enjoyed this one! Have a nagging question though, when you say ‘right and left’ is the idea to do the total number of reps on each or split it? So for example with the one leg squats to chair is it 5 on each side or 10 on each side?

So far third trimester workouts have been tough enough for a good sweat but easy on my pelvis. This pregnancy I’ve experienced pelvic pain quite a bit and is hard to find works that don’t flare it up!!
