I can’t believe I did it! This is the first challenge I’ve ever fully completed 😊 I didn’t finish it exactly in 4 weeks because of the holidays haha but the strength that I gained was unbelievable! 10/10 loved the program and the community 💕

I can’t believe how much stronger I am now versus in the beginning! I went up on weights almost every week! I’m going to stick with this program until I get that pull up 💪🏻🔥

It took me longer than 4 weeks this time, but it's a workout I'll keep doing because it's unbelievable in helping me maintain my upper body strength 💪 😅

I did it!! 😭💕 How accomplishing is it to actually finish a whole program!! I may have missed many days, but eventually I did finish it! Wow, today was rough, but I'm so proud of myself and all the progress I've made. I can officially do pull ups without assistance! I can do 3 consecutively, which may not sound like much, but I started not being able to do 1! This program was definitely worth it, and it's surely one I'd come back to again someday. 😂🏋‍♀️

Yay! I finally got a pull up! I didn't realize I pulled so many faces...but I made it! Woot! By the way, I've been watching your YouTube videos and just wanted to say they super inspirational. :) I decided to give this program a shot because my friends talked me into taking up bouldering/rock climbing despite my fear of heights and I want to feel confident on the holds. Thank you so much! I did it! 🎉
