Great start to the course. Would love more mobility/stretches at the end, especially for the upper body we just worked out.

Didn’t reach the goal after I finished the program before so starting it over now til I get there 🙏🏻

It felt good, but some of the experiences was hard understanding and got confused if I should do it in reps or circkels
