Felt good but couldn’t really do 10 reverse push up mby 8-9. And hanging was barely 30 sek😅

Not gonna lie, I was super intimidated by those reverse push-ups. Once I did a round of 10, I was so impressed with myself! 💪🏻😁

I love seeing growth! Rather than focusing on the physical, I moved my attention to my strength progress. Before this week, my wrists would be in pain after just a few push-ups. But now they're growing stronger, and don't hurt anymore! I call that progress. 💪🌸
