First workout back since the holidays… was it hard? Yes, but I was so happy with how much strength I had retained. It was really motivating to finish week 4 strong!

My arms are like jelly at the moment, but I regret nothing, lol! And those dead hangs are so painful when your arms are still sore, but no pain no gain, right? I love the amount of strength I've been getting from this program, and I'm ready to keep climbing up! ✨️🏋‍♀️
