Felt really good, could’ve been a little bit longer, mby a bit more stretch at least cause now I always have to fallow up with flexibility but it doesn’t always match with the muscles I’m working out in the program

My arms are getting so much stronger and it's really exciting! Tho after a week of vacation, I gotta get myself back up to where I was! I'm loving the weighted sections, though with some of the gym equipment moves, I casually trade them out for dumbell moves! 🏋‍♀️✨️

Yay! Still loving all the workouts! I’ve been able to do nearly a full pull up multiple days now with just my toes touching the ground in case I can't pull myself up. Woot! :)
