Those dead hangs always get my arms so fatigued, but I know it's gonna we worth it in the end! So grateful that I was able to complete week 1 fully! And what a great start to week 2! Keep going strong! 💪🌸

I had an accountability partner during this workout today!! Loved being able to lift weights with someone else, had a lot of fun! 💪✨️ It's also so amazing to see how far I've come. I'm able to hold those dead hands for the full time length now!! Little to no pain!! I'm just hanging around- 😂🏋‍♀️
