I'm never disappointed with any of these workouts. Literally- every time I do them, I feel so accomplished and powerful. Not to mention, my pull ups are constantly getting better. Even if I haven't been checking the workouts off every day, I've still been seeing improvement. Now I just need to work on consistency, lol! πŸ’ͺπŸ’•
