I got sick last week and so now Iโ€™m 2 days behind ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ. Today was HARD and I cheated myself on the last 2 sets of reverse lunges. Just happy I made it to the gym today and did 95% of the workout
