Inspired by @therock glorious french toast cheat meals! 🙌

Grab yourself a beautiful loaf of brioche! (Found mine at whole foods)

Cut into your desired size slices! (2-4 inch slices work best)

Egg mixture:
3 whole eggs 
1 cup milk
1 tbs maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla 
Hefty Sprinkle of cinnamon 
Pinch of salt

(Enough mixture for 4-6 slices of french toast) 

Whisk like you mean it!

Get a couple servings of cinnamon toast crunch and crush it up to a fine texture. 

Soak each side of brioche in your egg mixture for 30 sec to 1 minute (1 minute gets that nice custard texture inside) and repeat on other side! 

Dip into your crushed cereal and into the air fryer. 

Air fry at 390° for 4 minutes then flip for another 3-4 min! 
(Pan also works if you don't have an airfryer)

Top with low fat whipped cream cheese and enjoy! 🤌
