I love the recipes give me ideas so I’m not just make the same thing

Breakfast Burrito
   (per burrito)

Carb Counter lean tortilla
¾ cup egg whites
½ serving low fat cheddar
2 strips bacon (lowest fat)
1 oz avocado
Salt and pepper to season
Salsa (optional)

Cook the egg whites with salt and pepper (other seasoning if you wish)

Bake the bacon in the oven until crisped to your liking!  Then place on a paper towel to dry off any excess fat.

Warm the tortilla just barely, spread the avocado evenly on the tortilla.  Now add the cheese, eggs and bacon.  Roll up and serve with salsa if desired.
