Overnight Oats Base Recipe
   (Per individual portion)

½ cup old fashioned oats
½ cup vanilla/plain greek yogurt
½ cup almond milk
1 Tbs Sugar Free maple syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tsp Chia seeds (optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein (25g)
1 tsp vanilla
Topping options:
½ cup fresh cut strawberries
OR
¼ cup blueberries and 1 Tbs PB2

In a mason jar combine all the ingredients together and stir really well.  Then top with either of the toppings listed.  Other topping optional but not counted.
