Burpee Plank Jack Shoulder Tap

Try to keep your hips up as high as you can and touch your hand to your opposite foot

Reverse Bridge Toe Tap

Dumbbell single arm snatch

Put band above knees and do squat jump from side to side

Band Lateral Jump Squat

Push-up and jump feet in at the top of your push-up

Push-up Jump Out

Dumbbell Swing to Neutral Press

Let Sunday Funday now begin. #posthurricane Workouts all mixed up last week but got a few done… and Kelsey nailed it. Still dislike plank up and downs 😫

Haven’t been able to workout in two weeks due to an injury, but this was a great start back to it. Only did three rounds to ease my way back in. 👊🏻🔥

Okay, so I cheated on this one today and only did half…as I jumped into a kickboxing class for a little change up and I count that as my sweaty full body … 
But, the part I did was 🔥 and a good warm up for class. Dead!

A nice quit sweat that can be done at home! We love it👏🏻🔥

if you really want to push yourself, do this workout!!!! such a good sweat and targets all muscle groups 🔥🔥🔥 kels you rock!!!!

Tough full body!! Loved the RDL to jump squat! That really pushed me!!

Even when you have to improvise and modify because your gym is closed due to a tropical storm (Florida life 🤦🏼‍♀️), so you add an extra round 😃 and Kelsey still makes you sweat! As she said, do the work and you’ll see results , she feeds you an amazing program — it’s a no brainer 😉

Sweaty Full Body (Bench Challenge)

I’ve been sick this week, but got back to it with this workout! Great way to start. Was able to go at my own pace and not over do it!!

Loved the combo movements & the groiners and kick throughs felt a good stretch. Finished in about 20 minutes! Could do another quick circuit or finisher

That was enough burpees for one day 😳 and I’m pretty sure I had to double check 12 million times if my legs were actually coming off the ground during the stationary jump lunges in the body weight circuit…
