Even when you have to improvise and modify because your gym is closed due to a tropical storm (Florida life 🤦🏼♀️), so you add an extra round 😃 and Kelsey still makes you sweat! As she said, do the work and you’ll see results , she feeds you an amazing program — it’s a no brainer 😉
