- Start with kettlebell on the ground in front of you
- With chest lifted and core engaged bend at the waist
- Lift KB off the ground allowing it to swing between your legs
- Drive your hips forward propelling KB forward and up
- Stopping just in front of the shoulders 
- Allow kettlebell to swing down and back between the legs
- Moving immediately into the next rep

Dumbbell In-out Squat Jump Cross Punch

Stay in hollow position and bring one knee up with opposite arm coming up too like a running motion

Runner Sit-ups

Ball Slam Burpee

- Start in a plank position 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Mountain climbers

Holding a dumbbell do a sumo squat then a squat jump and that is 1 rep

Haven’t been able to workout in two weeks due to an injury, but this was a great start back to it. Only did three rounds to ease my way back in. 👊🏻🔥

Okay, so I cheated on this one today and only did half…as I jumped into a kickboxing class for a little change up and I count that as my sweaty full body … 
But, the part I did was 🔥 and a good warm up for class. Dead!

Tough full body!! Loved the RDL to jump squat! That really pushed me!!

Even when you have to improvise and modify because your gym is closed due to a tropical storm (Florida life 🤦🏼‍♀️), so you add an extra round 😃 and Kelsey still makes you sweat! As she said, do the work and you’ll see results , she feeds you an amazing program — it’s a no brainer 😉

Sweaty Full Body (Bench Challenge)

I’ve been sick this week, but got back to it with this workout! Great way to start. Was able to go at my own pace and not over do it!!

Loved the combo movements & the groiners and kick throughs felt a good stretch. Finished in about 20 minutes! Could do another quick circuit or finisher
