Reps 8-14: mid rep to full contraction 
Reps 15-21: full range of motion

*Incline Barbell Front Raise (21s)

Dumbbell Shoulder Press (alternating from the top)

Sets 1-6👇🏻
Reps 1-10: elbows kicked out wide
Reps 11- failure: elbows tucked in

Sets 7-8: using the same weight used on set 6 but doing 1 rep with the longest negative possible.

Wide dumbbell hammer press for 10 reps. Then tucked the elbows for as many more reps as possible after.
