Last set drop set: 5 drop Failure 

On the drop set to Failure use half the weight you used on your last set of 5 reps.

*Flat Barbell Press

Last set rest pause: After completing the last set of 8 reps, set the weight down and take a 10 second break. Taking big slow deep breaths. Then jump back in with the same weight and go for as many more reps as possible.

*Decline Machine Press

*Straight Arm Pull Over

Reps 1-10: Wide neck press
Reps 11-20: Normal grip
Reps 21-30: Reverse grip

*Flat Barbell Press (3 grip change)

Reps 1-10: pulley set high
Reps 11-20: pulley set at shoulder
Reps 21-30: pulley set low
