*Wide Dumbbell Upright Row

Last set drop set: 4 drop failure drop failure drop failure drop failure drop failure 

On the last set take the weight you’re shooting for 4 reps with and make it up by smaller plates to get ready for the drop sets. I would have used a 45 and a 10 on each side for 4 reps. So instead of a 45 and a 10 I do five 10s to get it as close as possible but also get set up for easy equal in weight drops each set.
