My oh my what a shoulder demolition! One of my fave days of this split. I read there’s a new split coming up after I knock this one out. Too bad, this split was arguably the best one you’ve done since I joined back in late 2018

*Flat Bench Rear Delt Fly (laying on side)

Opening up wide at the stretch. Trying to get my wrists wide over the top of my elbows.

Last set: using half the weight you did on your last set of five reps, and going for as many reps as possible

*Dumbbell Shoulder Press

When failing on the last rep as you press up, bring it to the front for as many more reps as possible.

*Barbell Shoulder Press (behind the neck to front)

*Cable Side Lateral

Keeping the dumbbells as wide as possible through the entire set.

*Pendlay Rear Delt Dumbbell Row

Every 10 reps take a step closer to the pulley

*Cable Upright Row (close grip, stepping forward)
