Last set rest pause: 8 (rest pause) failure

Pick a weight you can do 8 reps. Complete the first 8 then set the weights down, take three deep breath’s then hop back in for as many as possible. No tempo on the rest pause reps.

*Hack Squat (feet shoulder width and low) (5:0:1:0)

Standing Quad Contractions (hips back)

Reps 1-5: (1:0:5:0)
Reps 6-10: (5:0:1:0)
Reps 11-15: no tempo, fast pulse reps
