Hack Squat (feet shoulder width and low) (6:0:1:0)

*Barbell Squat (Inside shoulder width stance)

*Cannonball Leg Press

Rep 1: Start at the bottom of the squat and make sure the bar is racked (hooked in) at the bottom. Push up until the hooks hit the next level, go back down, unrack and push up to the next hook, repeat this until you're nearly standing, one hook at a time.
Reps 2-10: no tempo
