Solid quad pump, and the slow release add’s were a solid touch! I did feel the superset was a bit redundant

Last set drop set: 4 drop failure drop failure drop failure drop failure 

Four sets with pyramid reps starting at 10, 8, 6 and ending with 4 reps. After completing the last set of four, I remove two plates and continue for as many reps as possible. Doing this on repeat for 4 drops. Shooting for as many reps as possible each drop, not a specific number to hit!

*Platz Hack Squat

Sets 1-3: No tempo

Set 4: When you're done with the 12 reps put the safety’s back in and hit another 20 reps focusing on the top range of motion. Once the 20 reps are done, take the safety’s back out and do a full range of motion rep with the longest negative possible!
