Flat press machine was difficult to replicate at the home gym. I did something similar but alternative exercises would be awesome. Great workout!

Amazing as always.
Pro tip from the amateur(me):
For the kickbacks (triceps), I personally prefer to stand behind a bench in the upright position, laying my forehead on the top of the bench, thus creating a L shape with my whole body. Then I just lift the elbows to get to 90 degrees, and kickback from there. Worth the try.
