Freaking awesome, however I’m a little confused on how the repeated sets work. Do I do 4 sets of 12 reps 4 times? Just want to do it right

Last set rest pause: after completing the last set of 12 reps, set the dumbbells down and take a 10 second break, then jump back in with the same weight and do as many reps as possible.

*Decline Dumbbell Press (w/ rest pause)

I’m using my barbell 5.0 which mimics a dumbbell range of motion. Obviously a bar no one really has, so dumbbells work fine.

Last set drop set: drop to half the weight and go to failure with fast explosive reps.

*Incline Dumbbell Press (6:0:1:0)

*Flat Barbell Press (reverse grip)
