Shooting for 10 reps on each step, changing my foot placement on each step, going up eight times.

If you don’t have a set of stairs, you can change up your stance on a calf raise platform or a single stair, for all eight positions. Just step off take a couple breaths and hop back in!

*Standing Calf Raise On Stairs

Reps 1-10: toes pointed in
Reps 11-20: toes pointed straight 
Reps 21-30: toes pointed out

*Leg Press Calf Extension

*Dumbbell Seated Calf Raise (knee far forward)

Front Neck Raise (4:0:1:2)

Rear Neck Raise (4:0:1:2)

Reverse Sit Up (4:0:1:2)

Decline Sit Up (6:0:1:0)

No rest time. One side rests while the other side works.

*Cable Side Oblique Crunch
