First time doing this workout. Had to find substitutions for two exercises. Besides that all good. Good back workout.

Bent Over Dumbbell Row (1:2:1:0)

*Incline Cable Straight Arm Lat Pull (4:0:1:0)

Bent Over Barbell Row (reverse grip)

*Lat Pull Down (close grip)

Doing two separate moves for the positive portion of each rep. Retracting my scapula while my arms are straight first then finishing the rep.

*Machine Low Row (5:0:1:0)

Pins set so the bar is just above the knees. Doing a shrug at the top of each rep.

*Barbell Rack Pull (with shrug)

Last set drop set: 10 drop 10 drop 10 drop 10 drop 10 drop 10 drop 10 drop 10

Basically after the last set of 10 reps im dropping only one pin each drop and going until I run out of weight on the stack.
