Could you possibly included which part of the muscle itโ€™s working. It would be really beneficial. So Iโ€™m not repeatedly targeting same area throughout of the back throughout the workout. Maximum I would do 5 exercises. I usually do 1 rear delt, 2 upper back, 2 lats and rotate. Thank you !
