One thing I would add to this content….if you’re doing a follow along video and you can “beat” Juice and Toya or even keep up with them…its time to increase weight. Sometimes I think, “yay, I finished my reps first” or “i can match their speed” I’ll move up and STRUGGLE to finish even in the time allowed.

Oh wow! This podcast was so informative and encouraging!! I have been working out with a max of 12 lbs for YEARS 😯 I'm not sure why I never considered going heavier! I think I have always been in the mindset that I didn't want to injury myself by going heavier. Well, the time is now thanks to this podcast. My goal this week is to purchase 15s. I'm going to stick with the Level up 2.0 and complete it (for the 3rd time) using 15s and at some point advancing to 20s. Thanks so much! 💪🏾🙂
