I’m Jessica Giselle, I’m a single mom to my 6 year old son, and a fitness lover! I’m so excited to train with you!
My fitness journey started after I had my son and was completely heartbroken over becoming a single mom. Raising a baby with a broken heart was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. I used fitness as my therapy outlet. My motivation at the time was to get a revenge body!
I know what it feels like to be unhappy with your body, discouraged and frustrated. But I have also experienced what fitness can do to you both mentally and physically and it is my passion to share with you everything I know. I feel like I am in the best shape of my life, both mentally and physically, and you can be too.
Being a single busy mom with an active child, I’m all about quick and effective workouts at home or in the gym. The workouts that I will be sharing are the workouts that I’ve been doing myself for the past 6 years. After years of training with different amazing trainers I have gathered together my favorite workouts from each that I feel have helped transform and sculpt my body. I figured out what works for me, and what doesn’t work.
