Set the clock for 20 minutes and went straight through for 3 rounds plus the 4th round of squats and swings. Good workout!

I do one of these full body sessions, follow it up with 5-10 minutes of #mandatorymobility, and I know that I have literally won my day. 🏆💪🏻👍🏻
