Started off overly ambitious with weight, but then backed off and found equilibrium with the following: BB Curl: 35lb Floor press: 40lbs TRX Tri Ext BB bent row: 115lbs Halos: 25 10 rounds +55 reps

BRUTAL. 9 clean rounds. Curls (empty bar), press (started with 65, ended with 40s), row (75), halos (25).
