jelly arms🥵 .. 5 rounds with modified pushups(no sliders) pullups(inverted) standing arnold press.. 10kg DB 10x each arm ..🥵 loved it 😁

Crowded gym but I mixed and matched but got 5 rounds done.

Lots of modifications! As per usual for my shoulders!! Lay pull downs instead of Pull-ups. No overhead anything. Side and front raises. A few other shoulder stretches. Ended with 10 min on the stationary bike.
