Awesome workout! I haven’t seen it, but maybe an added feature could be a notes section on the workout so the user can track what weight they used for different exercises? Love the timer and rest. Really easy to navigate

Great. Warm up got me loose and ready. Bench with rotation is very different than bench. Tricep and shoulder burner. Loved it. Thanks.
