Brutal! Just did regular pushups-45lb bench-35lb prone row-25lb curl and press. The only slight break is while doing curl and press 😳

Finished 5 rounds barely!!! Fire in the arms! Those push-ups and dips got me SHAKIN’! Used 35# DBs on the chest press and rows. 20# for curl and press (would’ve done 25# but I can’t find them smh). Great workout!!
