I was able to move up on weight this round. I used 25# 35# 40#. This is a good one ☝️

Great!! Have not done close grip chin-ups in a long while. Needs work.

Made the mistake of cardio before this one. Upper body is torched. Had to sub out the last 3 sets of chin ups with close-grip on the lat pull down machine. Phenomenal workout!
