2nd x doing this in 2 weeks. First time got 4 rounds last 1 BW only. Sore for a week😳 (39min) 12lbs Today 5 rounds. Last round 10lb.(38min) 12lbs

39 min 6 rounds. 12lb db Last round bw only. I started my day with a metcon. It had monster sets. I lasted 20 min and switched to this one!! πŸ‘€. 😁. Total workout was 1hr. I’ll take it as a winπŸ†!
