Nice. Those 1 minute split squats were a little easier this time around. Nothing too intimidating but really works the legs.

Great stuff!
Wasn’t sure if the reverse lunges were 12 per leg in each set or 12 total…. So did 12 per leg per set.
The step ups at the end were a killer!
