That was so fun and effective! Finished 5 rounds - 30# DBs for chest press - 6 unassisted pull-ups each round - 20 kg kBs x 20 total (10 each) - 15# DBs for Arnold alt press x 30 (15 each) - ski erg - kept it between 50-60 seconds

Tough to take over all that equipment at my gym. I sure do wish we had that ski machine too haha but still dope
