Phewww! 😮💨😮💨😮💨 I was not mentally prepared for phase 2. My body is exhausted!! But the challenge was excellent, I’m super proud of myself and I look forward to see what the rest of the week has to offer! 🤩

Very challenging. I couldn’t do the wall sits after the Bulgarian split squat iso holds. My quads were done!
